The median price of a residential property in the City of Falls Church in June was $745,000 -- that's up 17 percent from June 2013, according to recent MRIS data.
That also means that Falls Church had most expensive median housing price of any jurisdiction in the D.C. metro area (followed by Arlington County).
The city has an unemployment rate below 3.5 percent, according to recent federal data.
Low inventory and high demand to live in the city has helped prices.
