Rene’s Viewpoint: “As a Frenchman, when I came to the US, I was horrified to see people putting weird things on their cheese. NOT me – Don’t touch my cheese! But to my surprise, I found some very interesting and tasty flavor combinations of ingredients added to cheese, like mushrooms, seeds, berries and beer, to name just a few.

In this tasting, we’ll try a selection of these flavored cheeses and of course we will pair them with wonderful wines. Come have some fun with me.”
