The City of Falls Church, Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment, Arlington County, the Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District, and the City of Alexandria are holding joint a Rain Barrel Distribution Event prior to their Build Your Own Rain Barrel Workshops (9/23 & 10/13). Rain barrels protect natural resources and reduce runoff.
