The George Mason High girl’s basketball team beat Clarke County High 55-32 Thursday night to win the Bull Run District Tournament.
The lady Mustangs are the two-time defending state champions.
Sophomore Stephanie Cheney was named the Bull Run’s Most Outstanding Player and Head Coach LaBryant Thomas was named Coach of the year in the district.

The boys play Clarke County tonight for the Bull Run District Tournament championship at 7 p.m.
The girl’s will play next at home Tuesday night in the Region B Tournament.
