No Decision if Falls Church Schools Will Open Wednesday

Schools have been closed since Monday because of Hurricane Sandy.

Dr. Toni Jones, superintendent of Falls Church City Public Schools, has not made a decision on if schools will open or not Wednesday.

The superintendent and members of the school system’s facilities and maintenance department are touring the schools. Power remains out at Mount Daniel Elementary School.

“Buildings appear to be in good shape,” Jones said in an emailed statement.
