This Just In: FCCPS Makes Weather Announcement for Friday Attendance
Decision made Thursday afternoon.
Due to the snow storm that began Wednesday night, Falls Church City Public Schools are closed Friday, Feb. 14 for students and staff, according to an alert on the FCCPS Web site.
The school system made its announcement at about 2:50 p.m. Thursday on the FCCPS Alert Twitter account.

The City of Falls Church was still under a Snow Emergency as of Thursday afternoon.
Staff and faculty may telecommute but do not attempt to come to a school building until you receive further notification tomorrow.
