This week we’re going to change things: I am picking the game Patch will attend.
It’s not often that a ranked high school football team ventures into Falls Church but this week Strasburg High (5-0), VirginiaPreps.com fifth ranked Division 2 team, will battle George Mason High (0-5). Last season Strasburg beat Mason 55-28 at home in a Bull Run District game.
Mason lost 33-7 last week at Madison County.

JEB Stuart (1-4) is looking to end their four-game losing streak against visiting Mount Vernon High (2-3). Mount Vernon beat Falls Church High (1-4) 34-12. The Falls Church Jaguars are home against Washington-Lee High (3-2). Rounding out this week’s Falls Church-area high school football games is George C. Marshall High (0-5).
The Statesmen will travel Fairfax High (3-2).
