We hope you will join us at the annual Inova Fairfax Hospital Golf Tournament! This year's tournament, our 18th, will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2012. It promises a wonderful day on the beautiful course at Stonewall Golf Club, and includes team awards, men's and women's individual competitions and exciting door prizes. But most importantly, it will be a day to highlight and champion the life-saving programs and services offered at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children.

Every year, funds raised at the golf tournament help the hospital offer world-class care in a child-friendly environment close to home. Last year we raised over $120,000 to purchase a simulator for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This simulator will help to educate nurses and physicians for years to come. This year, the golf tournament will benefit the NICU once again and proceeds will be used to purchase a transporter which will be utilized by the NICU’s across the Inova System. This transporter will grant the availability of the highest level of technical equipment to sustain the needs of infants during transport and therefore providing the best care to these tiny patients.
