Bailey's Crossroads Organizations Awarded Grant from Local Rotary Club
The Rotary Club selected three organizations, including one based in Falls Church, for this year's grants.
The was one of three local organizations to receive community grant awards from the Annandale Rotary Club on Wednesday.
Each organization received a $1,500 grant. The three community service organizations, the PHILLIPS School, part of the , Annandale-based and the shelter were selected by the Rotary's committee. The awards are given out by the Rotary Club annually and help support organizations in the greater Annandale area.
Thomas Nichols accepted the grant for the shelter, which is part of the Chesapeake branch of .
