the owner of this station likes to over charge and force costumers to do work on there cars that they do not need. the inspector is mean and forceful. the new ppl working in the shop do not know what they are doing. one guy it seams like the inspector is holding his hand as if he knows nothing about cars. i will never ever take my car back there again. they treated me as if i was a child

I am the same customer who wrote the prior review and posted an excellent rating. I have a new review to offer with is much less favorable. My car was not starting and I needed a distributor cap. The technician's name was Roy. I asked Roy how much the correction would cost. He said $300 for the cap + $35 for oil change. After the work was done, Roy gave me a bill of $481. I asked what happened to the $300 he quoted me. He said that the $300 was just for the part and the rest was for labor.
Of course I complained. When a customer asks for information about cost, the business should not just tell part of the cost. Who would run a business like this?? I came home looked it up on the internet to find that the part actually costs about $100. I don't mind the mark up as much as I mind the shady business practices of HIDING full cost information from a consumer. I have never heard of a auto servicer quoting only part of the cost.
Needless to say, I will avoid going back to this place. It would seem that the manager condones this sort of business. So if you have to go there, look for Eddie and avoid Roy! I plan to go back to my old servicer, who is farther away but has never pulled this crap.
This place was recommended by someone down the street who could not help me. Eddie from Majestic came to my home today to change my flat tire and put on the spare. I then followed him to the station so that he could fix the tire. He is fast, efficient, and for all that only charged $25. My car insurance pays for that. He also offered to rotate my tires. He was really competent in every part of the process. I will be back there, as I thought their service was excellent and prices were reasonable.

This is to commend employee, Mr. Lee, for his expert guidance, advice and service. He had plenty of numerous questions directed to him, and Mr. Lee worked through his late work hours on his own time. Mr. Lee has greatly assisted us in satisfying our safety and repairs. Mr. Lee is outstanding in his education and is personable, compassionate and concerned for all. I want you to know that my experience with Mr. Lee was pleasant...my anecdotes about American Majestic Eagle Fuel and Auto Repairs, in the future will be very positive because of this experience.
