Daughters of Grammy winner Tom Chapin and nieces of folk star Harry Chapin, appearing at Jammin' Java on Monday.
When the Chapin Sisters first began their band, they were a trio, but Monday night they will appear at Jammin' Java as a duo, performing songs from their latest album "Two," the first duet album of their career. "We're coming to the end of a yearlong album cycle of touring for Two," said Abigail, one half of the duo along with her sister Lily. "This is a short tour that we are doing this summer before we get back to doing some writing for our next record." The daughters of folk singer Tom Chapin, and nieces to Harry Chapin released the "Two" album on their own record label, Lake Bottom Records.
