A Maryland teen was stopped and charged with driving under the influence and underage possession of alcohol in Falls Church on Dec. 5. Ingrid Rios Santos, 18, of Silver Spring, Md., was stopped in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. for a traffic stop. Falls Church police are looking for three Asian men who robbed a man in the bathroom of Le Mirage Café on Nov. 19. Police did not release many details of the attack. The three alleged suspects were all between 20 and 30 years of age, police said. Police said the first alleged suspect is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed about 150 pounds. His hair was shaved on the side and long on top with hi-lights and he was wearing a white hoodie under a blue and black jacket with a large white circle in the center of the chest and back with a lower case "A" in the center of the white circle.
