Fairfax County Police say the men got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police are looking for three men, one of whom pulled out a knife, who robbed 43-year-old Falls Church man on April 30 and ran off. Police combed the area looking for the three men from the air and land with a helicopter and police dogs. Around 9:30 p.m., a man was walking along Williams Lane in Falls Church near Columbia Pike when the trio allegedly walked up on him and demanded his money, according to a Fairfax County Police release. One of the men, police said, pulled out a knife. Once the men got an undisclosed amount of money from the victim, the men ran off. Police say the three suspects are Hispanic, and the knife wielding man is described to be between 25- to 30-years-old and stands about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a clean shaven …

Falls Church Police are looking for two men who allegedly robbed and beat a man on Feb. 27. Police said two alleged suspects approached a man between 8 and 9 p.m. on the 1200 block of West Broad Street. One of the suspects tried to take the victim’s cell phone and while the two men struggled over the phone, the second suspect punched the victim in the head, according to a police press release. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene for minor injuries, according to the release. The two suspects reportedly ran off toward Shreve Road. Police said Rudolph Curtis preyed on the elderly in three alleged robberies.
An Arlington man was charged with robbery, malicious wounding and impersonating a police officer Wednesday following three alleged incidents in Falls Church. Rudolph Victor Curtis, 59, allegedly assaulted and robbed a 93-year-old man Wednesday morning in the 5700 block of Leesburg Pike. Police said Curtis allegedly identified himself as a police officer to the elderly man and displayed some credentials. According to a release, Curtis allegedly demanded the man’s license and then hit the man several times before taking the wallet and speeding away in a Ford Mustang. Man fled on foot from the scene with cash and cigarettes.
Fairfax County police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Falls Church pharmacy Thursday and fled with an unknown amount of money. Around 1:30 p.m., a man walked into the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 7395 Lee Highway in Falls Church, and allegedly implied he had a weapon and demanded cash, according to a FCPD press release. The man left the pharmacy with an unknown amount of cash and cartons of cigarettes, according to police. Police said the man is in his 40s, black and about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a heavy build. The man was wearing a yellow shirt with darker horizontal lines, black shorts, white socks, black shoes and a light-colored baseball cap.
