The first significant snowfall of the year has arrived. All around Falls Church Wednesday morning, children played in snow, cars crept along streets and people still walked their dogs. The Capital Weather Gang was forecasting 7 to 14 inches outside the Beltway, and 5 to 10 inches inside of it. Vienna is right along that dividing line, so it's hard to tell just how much snow it will see.
