Stifel & Capra Workshop: Modern Prayer Flags With Karen Mullarkey of Area 718

In this twist on the ancient Buddhist tradition of prayer flags, you
will explore painting, stenciling, and lettering on five panels of tie-dyed
drill cloth, then embellish each panel with ephemera and positive energy.
Create and string your own prayer flag series to honor a loved one, commemorate
a special milestone, meditate on a personal intention, or simply stretch your
creativity. Saturday, September 14, 11:00-4:30. Price: $65. *Supply fee of $15
includes use of communal paint and fabric markers, use of instructor's
stencils, stamps, and printmaking tools; five pre-dyed and -stitched
5"x8" drill cloth panels, sequins, buttons, craft gems, wooden beads,
